    Service changes may include modifications to frequency, schedules, trip times, routing or stop locations. COTA rolls out service changes three times per year on the first Monday of January, May and September.

    Service Change Public Meetings

    To ensure all within our communities have a chance to understand the decisions we make at COTA and provide input, we conduct meetings throughout the year and encourage the public to attend.

    Four public service change meetings are held before each service change takes place:

    • 2 Public Comment Meetings where COTA presents the first draft of proposed changes for public comment.
    • 2 Public Information Meetings where COTA presents the final changes for the upcoming service change.
